Morning Rejuvenation Yoga

Our morning yoga class will set up your day feeling refreshed and grounded. This gentle class focuses on improving circulation by releasing tension in the upper body while opening the heart and chest to support posture, mood, and ease of movement. You'll be guided through a routine of calming breathwork, mindful flows, and foundational sequences like Sun Salutation. The practice of yoga can reduce stress, and support the nervous system for steady, balanced energy.

Conditioning & Strengthening

This class blends mobility work with isolated strength-building movements to help you move better and feel stronger. We focus on improving your sense of balance, range of motion, and strengthening key joints in the body such as the shoulders, hips, ankles, and wrists. Be prepared to perform a variety of isolation exercises, squats, and forearm strengthening movements. We also demonstrate how each drill helps build your body’s resilience and prevent injury in sports and everyday movement patterns.

Self Massage & Deep Stretch

A class designed to improve range of motion, release muscle tension, and support recovery.
Each session begins with light dynamic stretching to warm up the body and increase circulation to prepare the muscles for deeper work. You'll then be guided through different self-massage techniques using accessories such as foam rollers, tune up balls, and wooden dowels. The combination of release & stretch on tight or overused areas of the body allows muscles to relax more fully. Recommended for individuals experiencing tightness, stiffness, or muscle fatigue.

Yoga for Athletes

This class helps you connect with your body at a slower, more intentional pace. Mindful yoga practice helps to restore proper alignment, control, and body awareness. We work on gentle movements, deep breathing, and longer-held poses to release tension, improve flexibility, and support recovery.
You’ll flow through foundational yoga postures such as warrior, downward dog, child’s pose, cobra, and sun salutation.

Stretch for Athletes
