Serena
Through the practice of yoga, I've realized the importance of proper posture and alignment to prevent injury and create a healthy body. In my classes I bring this learning to my students in the hope that they can share my experience and love of yoga. I like to keep my practice and classes fun and challenging, where students are motivated to practice at their own comfort level.
